2) To build trust and foster partnership between patients, families and medical providers.
3) To improve patient compliance with medication use.
4) To emphasize importance of follow up appoinments.

DEDICATION:  Hawaii Health TV is dedicated to the late Lei'ataua Le Sa Peter Lei'ataua Ah Ching of Upolu, Manono, Samoa, Hawai'i nei and Pago Pago, American Samoa, whom was hospitalized at Straub Medical Clinic Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii 2003. This community health program was established in 2006 to help build healthier communities in Hawaii, the Pacific oceania and the U.S.A.
